I did a quick video on how I changed the condition of my brittle weak nails, years ago I had very nice long nails and when I took a massage therapy course it required me to cut my nails well I could never grow back my nails they would always break for years so recently I started to take hair and nail vitamins plus zinc and what I think is the key ingredient lol Selenium. When you take supplements you won’t see thing right away but after at least 3 months you will notice that your nails are getting stronger and don’t break as easily. Now mine are very hard and I’m just going to let them grow to a length that suits me I never liked super long nails but I want them longer than the video shows I actually filed them just befor so they were slightly longer. This is my opinion in the video everyone is different so check with your doctor before taking any supplements. Thanks for watching
