Here is my deworming protocol!
Remember to consult with your vet as to which dewormer is correct for your pet.

Remember
Pyrantel Pamoate is the base dewormer and should be started at 2 weeks of age. Then given every 1014 days for at least 12 more rounds after the initial dose. This will treat hookworms/roundworms/pinworms. I administer them at 2, 4, and 6 weeks old (don't forget to treat mom too!) Pyrantel dosage is .1ml per 1lb when using the 50mg/ml bottle listed on my amazon recommendations list. Don't forget your 1 ml syringes.

Fenbendazole is used for 35 days in a row to treats a variety of parasites like roundworms, hookworms, whipworms. It's also very effective towards treating Giardia. This will not treat Tapeworms. Speak with your vet about the correct dosage and product to use.

Marquis Paste or Ponazuril This is my preferred dewormer for Coccidia. I use it 3 days in a row, but some protocols call for an initial dose, and then a second dose 10 days later. You can decide what is right for you with your vet.

Praziquantel used to treat Tapeworm. You can get this over the counter at most pet stores if needed immediately. You can often see rice like segments of a tapeworm in their stool if they have one. If you're cat has had fleas, speak with your vet about Praziquantel since if they swallowed a flea, guess what it becomes?.... a tapeworm!
