Copycat Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound bag thawed frozen hashbrowns
1 small diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz. shredded Colby Jack cheese
1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Mix above ingredients. Spread lightly and evenly in a greased baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes or until cheese is melted and sides start to turn brown. Let rest for 1015 minutes before serving.
Enjoy.
