A sermon delivered by C.H. Spurgeon, Lord's day evening, June 16th 1878.
Some of us imagine that, once we are familiar with Scripture, there is little we can be taught that is new. Yet here Spurgeon takes us into new pastures, as he guides us on a journey into three great characteristics of Jesus from Isaiah 55. Rather than taking three points, with one characteristic per section, he deals very intricately with each. As usual we are left with new insights concerning our glorious Lord.
