1 cup of Teff flour, 1 cup of Bread flour, 1/4 tsp Yeast, 1/4 Red onion, 1/4 red pepper, 1 cup of water, 2 Tbs Ethiopian Butter, 1/4 Salt, 1/4 mixed spice,
Sift the Teff flour and mix with water, yeast and salt. Sift the Bread flour and mix with water and salt, cook in pan. When it is cool down, break it into small pieces.
Cook Red Onion in pan add all the ingredients and butter and stir then remove from the oven, then add the baked small pieces of Teff in to the prepared ingredient, and serve it hot or cold. Scramble egg can be served by side. Enjoy!!!
