Phineas was a stray cat looking for a new family. He is wobbly, due to Cerebellar Hypoplasia, and cannot walk or jump in coordinated manner. Instead, he's a true charmer. He won over his siblings, a dog and a cat, very soon, and now the three of them are simply inseparable.
