From one pineapple fruit which we bought over 2 years ago, we now have a pineapple patch. We are growing 5 new pineapple plants simultaneously. Hopefully they will all flower and bear a fruit each.

Ficus is home and as his usual habit, he likes to walk around our compound, meeting his furry friends and the chickens, and exploring and checking the banana trees and in this video, the new pineapple patch.

Ficus was about 3 months old when we rescued him. Months later we found out that he was a Japanese bobtail. This breed is known for its very pleasant playful nature, is affectionate and highly intelligent. He also adapts well as a solo cat and knows how to play by himself. He’s quite a fun cat to have.
