We found this kitten on the streets of Korea. She was tiny, about 3 months old, and quite wild at heart! We thought she could be a dragon Li descendant from China because of her small size and personality. Could she just be a short hair tabby cat? We had to DNA test her to find out! We used Basepaws cat breed DNA test which was super easy to do! A quick swab in the mouth and we mailed it back.

It turns out this beautiful kitten is a WESTERN Polycat! I can’t imagine how this western kitten appeared on the street of Korea… nowhere near where Americans typically live but from Daejeon South Korea.
