In this video I am showing you what I do to workout my Butt I am not a trainer and have no experience in working out I am just explaining what I do and my workout routine so please talk to a trainer fir any advice my video is my opinion only. I have found that if I use a band with exercises it also helps and I got mine at the dollar store and it seems to do the trick for me. I have knee problems so I will not do squats fully I just do them as I can so I don’t hurt my knees so for anyone that can do full squats please do. I like to start with 20 reps and at least 3 sets. If that is too hard than start with what is ok with you and slowly increase. This is all about helping you so do what is best for you don’t stress or do to much to hurt yourself always start slow and increase after. I hope this video helps thanks for watching
