I’m back on the Buffalo River in Northwest Arkansas! This time with Josh from @theboundaryparadox for one of my favorite weekend trips. Cacheing our canoe and gear at the Steel Creek Ranger Station, we drove to Kyles Landing and hiked the Buffalo River Trail (BRT) back. We paddled to Horseshoe Bend and camped across from Hemmedin Hollow. Winter on the Buffalo River is quiet and empty of human activity the perfect weekend escape for me!
