This amazing FREE campground is managed by Seattle City Lights! When you arrive, you will say to yourself that there is no way this campground is FREE.....but it is!!! Built in 2019, this 2.5 million dollar price tag has produced a beautifully manicured campground. Make sure to bring your water toys: kayaks, rafts, canoes, boats, paddle boards. You will want to get out on the water and travel a short distance up the pend oreille river to see PeeWee Falls. Now dont let the name fool you, peewee falls is a 180 ft waterfall that is a must see. On Noncovid years the Boundary Dam hosts free dam tours. You wont want to miss this location where the movie "The Postman" with Kevin Costner was filmed.
