Jackie y Shadow no han tenido demasiada suerte en sus anidaciones, 2020 y 2021 fueron un fracaso, después de dos temporadas difíciles en 2022. Jackie puso sus huevos el 22 y 25 de enero, un huevo eclosionó el 3 de marzo! había nacido Spirit, el huevo restante no pudo eclosionar por razones desconocidas y se convirtió en parte del nido. Spirit no fue anillada, por lo que el género era un misterio. con el tiempo y con algunos indicadores, como el grosor del tobillo, el tamaño total y el tono vocal, FOBBV cree que Spirit es una hembra. Spirit se robó los corazones de los espectadores de todo el mundo, incluyendo el mío, emplumó con éxito el 31 de mayo.(en el vídeo he añadido su imagen) Jackie y Shadow han tenido de nuevo una decepción con su nidada, una vez más, sus huevos no han eclosionado, el por qué no se puede saber con seguridad, tal vez, no fueron fertilizados, o que hayan dejado de desarrollarse en algún momento del proceso por una gran variedad de condiciones y razones. Papá y mamá desistieron de la incubación a los 54 días de la puesta de Jackie, un año más, los huevos fueron comidos por cuervos.
Jackie y Shadow permanecerán juntos recorriendo su precioso territorio, forman una pareja muy estable, volverán a intentarlo de nuevo, el año que viene, hasta que ese día llegue, rezo por ellos .

Jackie and Shadow have not had too much luck with their nesting, 2020 and 2021 were a flop, after two difficult seasons in 2022. Jackie laid her eggs on January 22 and 25, one egg hatched on March 3! Spirit had hatched, the remaining egg failed to hatch for unknown reasons and became part of the nest. Spirit was not ringed, so the genus was a mystery. over time and with some indicators such as ankle thickness, overall size, and vocal pitch, FOBBV believes that Spirit is a female. Spirit stole the hearts of viewers all over the world, including mine, she fledged successfully on May 31st. (in the video I have added her image) Jackie and Shadow have been disappointed with their clutch once again , their eggs have not hatched, why cannot be known for sure, perhaps, they were not fertilized, or they have stopped developing at some point in the process for a wide variety of conditions and reasons. Mom and dad gave up on incubation 54 days after Jackie was laid, one more year, the eggs were eaten by crows.
Jackie and Shadow will stay together touring their precious territory, they make a very stable couple, they will try again, next year, until that day comes, I pray for them.
