Albie is trying out a cool new loud voice – her ELEVATOR VOICE. But not everyone is a fan. She visits with an opera singer who explains how volume can affect the meaning of what we say. Back on the elevator, Albie decides to create an opera of her own and demonstrate that there’s a time for loud voices, quiet voices, and voices somewhere in the middle.
