Daiwa Supermarket is a 52yearold, longestablished supermarket in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture, that is getting a lot of attention for its "real fruit sandwiches made by a greengrocer."
This popular, communitybased supermarket has also opened branches in Tokyo and Fukuoka.

This popular local supermarket has been in business for three generations, and we followed the process of making the cheap, filling bento lunches and side dishes that are hugely popular with the neighborhood every morning.
