A photographer for the past 10 years, she has photographed more than 1,500 people, and they all have said a version of “I look terrible in photos.” They aren’t the problem! They just may be missing what happens when we see ourselves in photographs.
Teri Hofford is a pioneering body image educator, photographer, and bestselling author who challenges individuals to confront and transform their body image biases through innovative education and empowerment experiences. Her groundbreaking work, including two acclaimed books, "The Geode Theory: Chipping Away at Body Image" and "2200 Characters or Less," has redefined approaches to selfperception and value. Teri travels internationally, hosting retreats, workshops, and speaking at conferences, where she addresses the critical intersections of body image, mindset, and selfworth.
