Steven's chili recipe:
1 lb ground beef (needs to have some fat in it!)
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1.52 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, optional
1/2 tsp cumin
1 jalapeno, diced (optional)
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce

Brown ground beef in large skillet over medhi heat. Drain if you'd like (Steven didn't). Add all seasonings, jalapeno, and tomato sauce. Cover and turn the heat to medlow to simmer for at least 1015 minutes. Serve using a slotted spoon (especially if you didn't drain the excess grease off).
