Join Meg from AIM Fitness for a Challenging Standing Cardio and Strength Workout for Adults 50+! This HIIT Class (high intensity interval training) fitness class is for those who consider themselves to be advanced. Follow along with Meg as she leads you through 3 different exercises for 40 seconds each, followed by a 20 second rest. You will repeat these exercises 2 times through.

Equipment required:
A chair and dumbbell weights (2 6lb).

Get your heart rate up, improve your stamina, and do something healthy for your heart. This is an advanced cardio and strength workout suitable for Adults 50+, active seniors, and regular exercisers.
