Mid back pain responds very well to exercise. The key is to loosen the mid back by mobilising the spine. You can do this with two types of mobilising exercises—rotation and extension. But you need to localise the mobility to the right area, or your sore mid back will never get better! And in some cases, you need to relax the mid back muscles first and then mobilise the middle back spinal joints. These four middle back exercises cover all of that, and often provide mid back pain relief in minutes. Plus I cover the cause of middle back pain, so you never have to put up with that horrible thoracic pain and tightness again!
