Welcome to this 30minute fullbody flow yoga practice for all levels to help improve your strength and flexibility. This class is ideal for people who want to release tension and open their bodies. We’ll begin with a brief meditation focusing on the breath to help calm the mind before moving into a flow focused on the breath to help draw the awareness inward, followed by a standing pose sequence, and then finish by opening the hips and shoulders to improve flexibility and mobility in the lower back, legs, hips, neck and upper back.
