Happy Election Day! Rafael is strengthening on approach to the Cayman Islands tonight and Cuba tomorrow, and then will enter the southern Gulf as a hurricane. Those in the Florida Keys will be impacted by tropical storm conditions and possible tornadoes. Eventually the storm may impact the Central Gulf Coast this weekend, but weakening is expected by then. More storms are possible after Rafael in our final month of the hurricane season.
