The 10,000 calorie food challenge done with a little bit of a twist! Instead of only consuming 10,000 calories, I also wanted to see how hard it was to expend 10,000 calories as well.
Starting my day at 4am, I vlog my day as I enjoy an epic cheat day of pizza, donuts, ice cream and much more while simultaneously putting myself through one of the most physically demanding days of my life.
