The Nature of Fishing is about the Why’s that underlie the What’s and How’s of fishing. So, TNF’s primary focus is on fish ecology and behavior —the link between the environment, the fish, and the angler. It's what we angler’s need to know to understand what's going on under that water.
Further, such foundational info is “exportable”. That is, it can travel with us from water body to water body, season to season, day to day, hour to hour, even moment to moment. The Why’s hold… predictive power, able to make our fishing more interesting, efficient and productive.
